Job Summary E-mail CV's to Bachelors Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, Agriculture or similar xe2x80xa2 Product development and application xe2x80xa2 Processing technology competency KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Product Support Machine Support Project Management Sales Support Product Support 1.1 Support customers with regards to new products / machinery acquired. 1.2 Ensuring customers are satisfied with their purchase and overall experience. 1.3 Liaising with customers along with Seniors. Machine Support 2.1 Installation and support of machinery. 2.2 Training of customers staff on machinery. 2.3 Repairs and maintenance of machinery. 2.4 Trouble shooting and problem solving - on site testing and evaluation of products as required by customer. Project Management 3.1 Keeping track of customer production when on site at customers premises. 3.2 Planning and drafting installation and product reports.
