5-8 years experience Proven experience in a technical support/ sales role, preferably in the food processing or packaging industry.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:Customer Interaction:
Serve as the technical liaison between customers and The Company, addressing and resolving concerns promptly.
Manage inquiries and issues across departments, ensuring efficient communication and resolution.
Product Expertise:
Arrange and conduct equipment demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the Companies technology.
Provide in-depth technical support and knowledge to customers to maximize their use of our products.
Collaborative Development:
Work closely with customers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to troubleshoot packaging and equipment issues, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
Partner with internal teams to continuously improve our product offerings based on customer feedback and industry trends.
Project Oversight:
Demonstrate strong administrative skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
Handle reporting, planning, scheduling, and prioritization to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
