Role:
Facilitate user experience in the design of products and services and design interfaces to effectively communicate the brand and enrich the customers experience.
The Director, Service/Product Design is a servant leader and coach with the primary responsibility of developing and implementing the strategy on the design of clients services, processes and other aspects of the service delivery effort. This individual will drive service governance, service catalogue management, service design engineering and service platform design as part of their remit.
