DescriptionRPO Recruitment is partnering with a leading food manufacturing company in their search for a talented Product Developer. Join a dynamic team and play a key role in developing innovative food products to meet consumer demands.Responsibilities:
- Developing new food products from concept to commercialization.
- Conducting market research to identify consumer needs and preferences.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including research and development, production, and marketing.
- Formulating and refining product recipes and specifications.
- Conducting sensory evaluations to ensure product quality and taste.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor products to stay ahead of the market.
- Participating in product and packaging trials.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for product specifications and manufacturing processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Developer in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food product development processes and food science principles.
- Experience in recipe formulation and refinement.
- Excellent sensory evaluation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
