3 years experience in a Food-related FMCG environment, preferably in a R&D role.
Valid drivers license

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.CompetenciesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in creating and adapting recipes based on dietary needs and trendsStrong communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen teams and management.Experience in training kitchen staff on new recipes and costing strategies.In-depth knowledge of food costing, pricing strategies, and maintaining food margins.Ability to calculate and adjust recipe costs for profitability without compromising quality.Experience in using kitchen management software for tracking inventory and costs (preferred).Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.A passion for staying updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Culinary Specialist / Recipe Developer, you will be responsible for:Developing new and innovative recipes to meet customer preferences and market trends.Ensuring all recipes align with company standards and maintain high-quality presentation.Calculating food costs, managing ingredient inventory, and determining pricing to ensure profitability.Collaborating with kitchen staff and management to refine recipes and improve processes.Conducting taste tests and making adjustments based on feedback to perfect final dishes.Keeping up with industry trends and suggesting new concepts to enhance the menu.
