Product Development Assistant

Job Description
- Assist in the formulation and development of new products
- Perform small scale trials in the laboratory and lager scale trials in the factory
- Prepare and maintain laboratory notebooks and records in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
- Perform routine laboratory experiments and tests under the guidance of the Product Development Scientists and Senior Chemist.
- Accurately record and analyze experimental data, preparing detailed reports on findings.
- Prepare technical documents, including trial batch records, and analytical validation protocols.
- Support project management activities, including timelines, Quality Control and Manufacturing to ensure seamless project execution.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Suggest and implement improvements to laboratory processes and procedures.
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences , Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or laboratory setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
