Job Description
Our client in the hospitality industry is currently looking for a Product Development & Sales Support Specialist (Inbound & Outbound), in Randburg, Johannesburg.Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Design and enhance travel packages, negotiate supplier rates, and align offerings with market trends.
- Sales Support: Assist with quotes, bookings, and client inquiries while supporting lead conversion and accurate documentation.
- Customer Service & Operations: Ensure smooth service delivery, handle customer support, and maintain booking records.
- Market Research: Analyse trends, customer needs, and competitors to develop innovative travel experiences.
- Experience: 2 - 3 years in product development and sales support within travel operations.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in inbound & outbound travel and tour operations.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with booking systems, CRM software, and travel sales platforms.
- Sales & Customer Service: Strong ability to assist clients and sales teams in closing deals.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple bookings, quotes, and itineraries with accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to liaise with suppliers, clients.
- Up to R16 000 per month plus benefits.
