Minimum and Preferred Qualifications:Minimum:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and specializing in radio frequency (RF) engineering, or other relevant Technical / Engineering fields.
A good understanding of materials technology relevant to cable manufacture.
At least four years of working experience in fields relevant to the requirements of this job description.
A working understanding of high frequency testing techniques for cables.
Experience working in ISO controlled development process.
Excellent knowledge of software tools (MS Office and CableBuilder).
Problem solving and hands-on approach.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience designing high frequency cables.
Working knowledge of IEEE 802 high frequency applications and protocols.
Knowledge in European requirements for Construction Product Regulations (CPR), relevant to cables.
