Summary:
The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development and execution of product strategies to meet business goals and customer needs. They will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, and beyond, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies in alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct market research and gather feedback from customers to identify opportunities and prioritise features.
• Define product roadmap and prioritise features based on business impact and customer value.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, specifications, and release plans.
• Analyse product metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve product performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
• Act as a product evangelist by effectively communicating product vision, value proposition, and updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process, fostering collaboration

and innovation. * Manage product launches and post-launch activities, including marketing campaigns and usertraining. Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or software industry.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing products from concept to delivery.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to drive results and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with design thinking principles and UX/UI best practices is a plus.
• Experience with B2B or SaaS products is desirable but not required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
