ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team in positioning our products effectively, developing content strategies, and driving engagement. You will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives, optimizing content performance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the Product Marketing Managers and assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance product positioning.
Support go-to-market plans for new product launches and new regions.
Create and manage marketing content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Analyze customer insights and market trends to refine messaging and campaigns.
Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to develop engaging marketing collateral.
Monitor and optimize content performance across multiple channels, including social media and SEO.
Support stakeholder communication, including university partners and external agencies.
Own key tactical initiatives like webinars, newsletters, referral programmes, discount campaigns, and related tactics that may be assigned.
Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum:
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital or product marketing.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies and content management.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Familiarity with social media marketing and SEO principles.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
Preferred:
Experience in marketing education-related products.
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Asana.
Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.
Exposure to website content management and basic design tools (Canva, WordPress).
