Job Summary An undergraduate qualification (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in the relevant IM discipline and/or Technical competencies and certification with relevant years of experience in a similar role. Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

Proven working experience in managing software developers and other techincal resources.
Code reviews, SonarQube analysis and Coding Governance overview and process management.
Provide Technical input, guidance and roadmaps to various type of software apllications.
Agile software development.
DevOps.
Scrum Certified.
Wide knowledge of existing applications to ensure all new development will not be rework but will add value on its own or otherwise extend functionality on existing applications.

The Product Owner manages, guide and advice techincal resources, vendors and projects.
Oversee all techincal delivery of application development and development governance of operational and capital teams. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor technical resources.

The successful candidate will work directly with different stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfil client needs.

May require a bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution and techincal governance of software development projects and tasks.
Managing in-house development products and resources from design to production
On-board of Vendors and resources for application development projects and products
Manage the maintenance, support and enhancements of applications
Engage with infrastructure teams for the best performance of applications
Engaging with different stakeholders to provide best possible solution for business requirements.
Code reviews, SonarQube analysis and Coding Governance overview and process management.
Devops and managing of the Devops process and resources.
Provide Technical input and advice to Project Managers, Analysts and Specialists.
Research new technology and governance processes.
Create technical roadmaps for the different development teams and projects.
DevOps and continuous deployment governance and DevOps team management.
Review and manage processes, vendors and solutions.
Involved in the architecture design and governance process.
