Minimum Requirements

• NQF level 7, and above - B.Eng., B.Sc in Computer Science, or similar tertiary degree with focus on data engineering, artificial intelligence and data analytics
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a product owner, including skills in stakeholder communication, user-centric design, roadmap planning, backlog management, and prioritization
• At least 2+ years of experience in AI and ML, including understanding AI solution architectures, ML algorithms, model deployment and monitoring, and developing NLP and LLM-based solutions
• Strong experience with BI tools, including reporting tools, ETL/ELT processes, data visualization, and SQL query optimization
• Technical leadership experience, with oversight in solution architecture, cross-functional team leadership, modern SDLC practices, and API and integration management
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance, with additional experience in cloud computing and infrastructure, as well as the asset management domain

• Participate in the Product Management and Technical Leadership team to shape future asset management solutions
• Identify, prioritize, and implement AI-based features across the On Key product suite
• Collaborate closely with product owners, solution architects, development teams, contractors, and technology providers
• Lead the integration of BI features to complement new AI capabilities in On Key
• Ensure traditional BI functionality continues to enable users to visualize and extract value from data
• Engage deeply with clients to understand their challenges and identify value-driven opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to package, price, and promote solutions effectively
• Contribute to generating revenue through strategic solution sales
• Work with a highly skilled team on rapidly evolving technologies
• Apply engineering skills to understand and enhance clients' business operations
