Job Description
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in a relevant field
- Role-related certification in Agile and Product Ownership
- Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Product Owner
- B2B product experience is essential
- Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics in South Africa
- Full product life-cycle management
- Use of tools like Power BI, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and HubSpot
- Customer research experience (e.g., shadowing, and focus groups)
- Experience in Agile frameworks: Scrum, and Kanban
- Roadmap creation, product strategy, and A/B testing
- Define and maintain product vision and strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
- Create, manage, and refine product roadmaps
- Prioritise user stories and ensure data-driven decision-making
- Drive product adoption, performance analysis, and continuous enhancement
