Job Summary Purpose of the role: We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to provide guidance in managing and prioritising the team backlog; supporting the team in delivering value to our clients, as well as engaging effectively with our clients requirements Requirements: Diploma or Degree in an IT related qualification Agile training and certification At least 5 years in a product owner or similar role An IT technical background is advantageous Life insurance background Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholder Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities: Refining of backlog, with input from the team Translate customers needs to the team Mentor and transfer knowledge regarding standards / best practices especially while doing reviews Drive efficiency in customers' business processes Documenting the content of proposals (with input from the team and other experts in the business):1. Solution 2. Define the business value 3. Estimated effort Creation and enhancement of the companys training content Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with customers, together with the Account Managers Maintain client solution knowledge base
