GTP is a critical platform that powers end-to-end Game Delivery and Configuration, providing a suite of tools that enable studios to create, test, certify, and deploy game content efficiently through our software development lifecycle (SDLC) pipeline. By leveraging robotic process automation (RPA), AI, and agentic workflows, GTP minimizes manual effort, streamlining workflows with automation to support scalable game production and distribution.As the Product Portfolio Manager, you will lead multiple Product Teams, ensuring strategic alignment, execution, and delivery across the platform. ResponsibilitiesWhat will you be doing?Talent Management:

  • Ensure team members have the skills and training necessary for both current and future projects, supporting career growth and development.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, mentoring, and coaching, promoting continuous learning within the team.
  • Drive succession planning and key person risk mitigation, ensuring the right people are in the right roles while maintaining business continuity.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, hiring top talent to drive innovation and meet business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor other managers, scaling leadership capabilities within the team.
Strategy, Objectives & Execution:
  • Represent the product portfolio at the Senior Leadership level, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with executives and key stakeholders to shape and influence business strategy.
  • Provide operational insights into industry trends, competitive opportunities, and business constraints.
  • Define and execute strategic product roadmaps and operational strategies, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Establish customer-centric engagement strategies, fostering strong relationships that enhance product adoption and visibility.
  • Measure product performance, usage, and benchmarks, ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness.
  • Hold teams accountable through performance contracts, milestone tracking, and benefit realization reporting.
  • Drive product innovation, including new feature development, AI-driven efficiencies, and game performance enhancements.
  • Ensure feature parity with studios and competitors, maintaining a competitive edge.
Practical Execution Management:
  • Translate long-term business goals into measurable results, execution milestones, and implementation plans.
  • Demonstrate structured planning, problem-solving, and systematic execution of initiatives.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure resilience.
  • Track progress, optimize resource utilization, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Prioritize workload and stakeholder demands, ensuring seamless execution across multiple projects.
QualificationsWho Were Looking For
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of products and/or services in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership experience managing managers, building high-performing teams.
  • Extensive experience in software development management, delivering scalable and high-impact solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with RPA, AI, and agentic workflows, leveraging automation and intelligence to drive efficiency.
  • Proficiency in AWS Cloud services (preferred), ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-performance product infrastructure.
  • Excellent people and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
