Matric required plus relevant National qualification (NQF 6/10)
Minimum 5 years of Sales and Technical experience
Software or similar vendor application and/or hardware sales experience
Experience in Distribution and Reseller Channel (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for total sales number for product range, margins and overall profitability of products
Work with sales team to jointly manage pipeline on product opportunities, ensure that each sales opportunity is driven as proactively as possible
Work with sales team to develop partner specific, product specific strategies, execution plan and activities, driving execution of developed plan
Drive sales team to grow vendor revenue in existing install base accounts and new accounts, through focused marketing strategies, campaigns, and enablement
Use best practices for opportunity management, account planning and forecasting
An ongoing forecast is to be maintained with current and future opportunities, including weekly pipeline follow ups and forecast submission
Develop and execute market share growth strategy taking full responsibility of brand market share performance

Managing the vendor partner program
Be responsible for all reporting to the Vendor, including forecasting Vendor request for information, activity and progress reports
