What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a dedicated Product Support Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring both instructors and learners have an outstanding experience using our platform. This role will respond to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and technical support.
