• 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales or product specialist role within the telecommunications or IT industry.
• Solid understanding of PABX systems, networking technologies, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to translate complex tech for non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to support sales teams and contribute to revenue growth.
• Strong team player who can also work independently.
• Must have own vehicle & drivers license and be an SA citizen.

Key Responsibilities:Technical Expertise:

• Provide expert-level knowledge on PABX, IT, and networking products and services.
• Lead product demonstrations and technical presentations for internal teams and clients.
• Develop detailed technical specifications for client projects, ensuring solutions meet their needs.

Sales Support:

• Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to understand customer requirements and craft tailored solutions.
• Assist in drafting proposals and competitive pricing models.
• Participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions, offering insights to drive sales success.

Client Engagement:

• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to fully understand their challenges and needs.

Training & Development:

• Train the sales team on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Create and deliver training resources to ensure the team is always up to date on the latest products.

Market Awareness:

• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the PABX, IT, and networking sectors.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the product development team based on market research and client feedback.
