Facilitate opportunities to maximise the impact of MTi and Enaex products.
Unlock synergies in the region from knowledge sharing to identify low hanging fruit for early profitable business growth.
Provide Sales and Technical support for the MTi product line and assist in the development of region relevant marketing tools.
Look for opportunities to growth the product portfolio starting with Enaex sites. Communicate new product ideas/improvements with Australian Product Dev Team.
Engage and lead customer-facing activities driving sales to include customer presentations, sales and necessary support of key accounts.
Provide technical, application & sales support, to both Enaex site teams and customers including providing product knowledge for customers at client sites.
Gain a strong understanding of the customer's requirements and application needs on a technical level so as to ensure the most suitable solution is being proposed.
Resolve customer technical issues to high customer satisfaction.
Identify likely areas of emerging MTi products and propose application solutions to product management.
Develop case studies for technical presentations at industry events or for marketing purposes to solicit similar business.
Build and foster strong customer and supplier relationships.
Record and communicate customers pain points as well as maintaining the customer data in CRM that MTi and Enaex rely on for decision making.
Comply with WHS/OHS responsibilities as defined by Enaex and MTi Group WHS/OHS Responsibility Matrix in the Safety Management Plan.
