- MS SQL knowledge and experience
- Experience with fruit industry software packages
- Symbol scanner experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Accounting knowledge
- Finance and logistics experience
- Support software products on-site and telephonically
- Handle customer inquiries externally via phone
- Collaborate internally with colleagues and the development department
- Helpdesk admin - logging and following up on calls
- Log calls on behalf of clients
- Test completed calls or queries from clients
- Conduct ad hoc testing of software products
- Release new program versions to clients and write release notes
- Install and upgrade software products
- Perform related ad hoc tasks
