Job Description
Our client in the Horticulture industry, based in the East London area is seeking an organized Production and Logistics Coordinator to join their team.Requirements:
- A tertiary qualification from a recognised institution
- Experience in the following field will be advantageous: Production management and/or logistics, Cross border trade, Warehouse Management, Bookkeeping
- Strong Organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and operate under pressure
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
- Excellent computer literacy (preferably Pastel, Xero and Excel Software)
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driverxe2x80x99s license
- Manage company logistics, both domestic and international
- Oversee production at the various production centres
- Manage stock control and monthly inventory records
- Generate quotations and process orders
- Work alongside a small, highly motivated management team
- Support the companyxe2x80x99s growth in the SADC region
