Minimum Requirements

• Matric or relevant tertiary qualification
• 5 to 7 Years' powder coating experience essential
• Refrigeration experience would be beneficial
• Previous exposure to a production environment would be advantageous
• Strong technical/operational background
• Proficient on MS Office Suite

• Arrange, update and issue jobs to, day and night shift Paint Shop teams as per daily production
• Schedule (production schedule software)
• Stores requisitions & collections (in accordance with stores time slots)
• Scan jobs & allocate material/components (Visual)
• Final QC checks (handover to next department)
• Ensure maintenance logs are completed
• Ensure testing is done on washing tanks and records are completed
• Stock and consumables control
• Housekeeping
• Ensure that ISO requirements are met and maintained
• Ensure that Company and Client's quality standards are complied with
