Job Description
Our client is look for a positive, pro-active, results-driven Production Coordinator to oversee and manage the production of the mill on a daily basis to ensure that all company requirements and operations are met within the production environment.

- Required to work with minimum supervision
- Matric (Grade 12 Certificate)
- Production or related qualification
- 3-5 Years experience as a Production Coordinator in a mill environment.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office)
- Ensure safe operation of the plant is in place and met.
- Report any conditions that may affect the safety of personnel or machinery to supervisors and management as soon as you are aware of it.
- Production items and deadlines on safety report needs to be maintained and reported on
- Implement and monitor Production environment and sustainability to meet all relevant and legal Company requirements, including relevant documentation - Environment report.
- Continually strive to improve teamwork with employees
- Report and implement training and development of the production team through utilising available training opportunities. Ensure that all production personal are skilled and trained according to work instructions relevant to their job functions
- Manage production staff time keeping, leave roster and attendance in line with Company procedure
