Job Description
Job Summary Requirements:
- Bachelor in Engineering qualification essential (preferably in Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering)
- 5 years experience in the manufacturing processes, SHE and quality procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
- Knowledge of Cold Products systems and equipment will be an added advantage.
- Physical fitness is essential to cope in Cold Products area.
- Optimize and continuously improve the production processes adhering to QCDSM (Quality, Costs, Delivery, Safety and Moral) framework and will ensure that business KPAs and KPIs are met.
- Overseeing the three shift production teams.
- Ensuring safety and quality compliance within the teams in accordance with the relevant standards and cost effective effectively executing all production related activities.
- Reporting, analysing and monitoring the production process and product quality.
- Recommending improved processes based on trials and responsible for ensuring the implementation of the corrective actions.
