Job Description

The successful candidate will coordinate data transfer between suppliers and developers, ensure effective communication on critical issues, support development and R&D procurement, produce cost estimates, update data packs, conduct testing, debugging, and contribute to the design and optimization of production procedures and equipment.Roles and Responsibilities:
Employee will work as a Production Engineer as part of the Hardware team. Scope of work will include:

• Act as a key liaison between suppliers and developers, facilitating effective communication on critical issues including, but not limited to, engineering design changes
• Play a key role in Development / R&D procurement-related activities
• Produce and update cost estimates for development activities to contribute to the companys budgeting process
• Provide support for product owners to keep data packs updated
• Create and maintain packaging artifacts as required
• Review procedure documents from a production perspective and actively contribute to their improvement and optimization
• Develop and execute verification procedures, including Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP), Hardware Test Procedures (HTP) and Qualification Test Procedures (QTP)
• Perform minor support roles within the company, as required

Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:

• BTech Degree / Advanced Diploma in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Industry experience in an electro-mechanical production environment.
• Familiarity with an industry-standard ERP, ideally Odoo.

Recommended Skills and Experience:

• 2-3 years' experience in an electronic assembly production environment.
• Familiarity with production procedures and documentation.
