- Assist in the day-to-day operations within the Production department
- Participate in production planning and execution under the guidance of senior staff
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the production line
- Support in monitoring and analysing production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in production operations
- Diploma in Industrial Engineering
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Must not currently be or have previously been part of a SETA funded internship or graduate program
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Understanding of industrial engineering principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Full-Time hours, Monday to Friday
- Fast-paced production environment with exposure to machinery and equipment
- Opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the field
