Production Line Supervisor - KZNFull job descriptionxc2xb7 Ensure production schedules or specifications, from production planners, are met and deadlines consistently achieved.xc2xb7 Check the hourly scores to ensure on-time delivery i.e., Ensure individual targets are met every hour on a score sheet.xc2xb7 Ensure quality control standards are met to ensure that goods are produced to specification and are of excellent quality.xc2xb7 Ensure that the production line runs efficiently and as smoothly as possible.xc2xb7 Manage production line staff (machinists, operators, service hands), by taking attendance, ensuring employees are present on the line, providing direction and/or guidance on the line and ensuring that employees timeously report for duty after breaks.xc2xb7 Ensure all company policies are implemented with consistency.xc2xb7 Communicates safety rules and regulations, ensures compliance with health and safety and housekeeping policies.xc2xb7 Establishes and monitors overall performance of employees.xc2xb7 Ensures work area is cleaned / tidied throughout the day.xc2xb7 Provide leadership and direction to employees.xc2xb7 Provide leadership and direction to employees.xc2xb7 Complete ad hoc duties as and when required.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentAbility to Commute:Kwazulu/Natal, KwaZulu-Natal (Required)Ability to Relocate:Kwazulu/Natal, KwaZulu-Natal: Relocate before starting work (Required)
