Production Manager
Job Description
Job Summary We are currently seeking a Production Manager to join our team. The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of production within the manufacturing factory. They will be responsible for coordinating manufacturing processes, managing staff, ensuring quality control, and optimizing production efficiency. Our projects often run through nights and weekends, so a flexible schedule is important. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Valid driver's license & own reliable transportation. Computer literate. Own cell phone. High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in production, manufacturing or engineering. 5 Years Minimum experience in a manufacturing or production management role, preferably in the carpentry or steel industry. Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards. Comply with all company and governmental safety guidelines.
