Job Description
Job Summary Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: 3-4 year technical qualification : BSc Eng (Electrical, mechanical or chemical) / B. Engineering / Operations Management essential FMCG experience 3-4 years leading production teams (bottling industry required) Leadership capability and MS Office & SAP experience The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Contribute to material planning process and ensure daily production / manufacturing schedule is aligned Work to guarantee order fulfillment and monitor daily production / manufacturing schedule Manage entire end to ed produces and supervise production of products Ensure infrastructure maintained and monitor SHERQ framework Monitoring SHERQ compliance and ensure all regulations are enforced Ensure adherence to Quality, Food Safety, Health, Safety & Environmental Standards Contamination control / health & safety measures Attend/enforce training sessions Operational planning and budgeting processes Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to operational and financial frameworks Manage cost drivers and mitigate financial risk Salary: Market relatedSheldon Recruitment and SelectionRecruiter
