Our client an International Merchandising Solutions company is seeking to employ a Production Manager to be part of their team. They have been designing, manufacturing and implementing retail solutions for 18 plus years.POSITION INFO:
As the Production Manager, you'll be at the helm of our production facility, overseeing day-to-day operations with precision and flair.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the entire production facility, ensuring seamless operations and on-time delivery.
• Leading and motivating our talented production staff and optimizing all resources.
• Spearheading various departments including Procurement, Sheetmetal, Welding, Bakery assembly, Dispatch, and Receiving.
• Planning and scheduling production jobs to guarantee timely completion.
• Implementing and refining production processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Upholding impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization through regular housekeeping.
• Efficiently managing all raw materials and consumables used in production.
• Providing detailed weekly production reports to senior management, addressing any challenges proactively.
• Establishing and maintaining a robust quality system to ensure the excellence of our products.
• Assisting with administrative tasks to streamline workflow and documentation.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
• Relevant Tertiary Education
• Experience in Production Management or Coordination within the

or Manufacturing industry * 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.

• Valid Drivers Licence & Own reliable transport
• Computer Literate - MS Office full package
