Must have a minimum of 5 years Production experience within the Automotive Manufacturing or Metal Industry, of which a minimum of 3 years must be in a Production Management capacity
Bachelors Degree or National Diploma in Engineering | Production Management or related field is required
Proficiency in MS Excel Advanced and SYSPRO will be advantageous
Effective Communication, Assertiveness and Meeting Management essential
Strong knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing Techniques
Experienced in Staff Management | Training and Development | Human Resource Development | Problem Solving
Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
Must be able to provide contactable references and payslips on request
