East London - Eastern Cape - South AfricaThe Production Manager will oversee full factory operations, ensuring seamless workflow, optimal efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. Company transport from King Williams Town daily.Key responsibilities include designing and modifying production schedules, managing staff recruitment and training, and implementing strategic production decisions.You will require:
- A degree in Business or Operations Management is preferred.
- A minimum of eight years of experience in a similar role within the textile or clothing industry.
- Proficiency in project management and total quality management principles is advantageous.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and motivational skills.
