Location: Stanford, Overberg, Western Cape

Your Responsibilities:

• Organize, plan, and manage all production operations, from manufacturing and packaging to order fulfillment.
• Manage stock levels, reduce faults, and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Supervise and motivate the production team to meet targets and maintain a positive, collaborative environment.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are in order and ready for audits, keeping the factory compliant with ISO 9001 standards.
• Plan weekly production schedules to meet demand and optimize efficiency.

What Were Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in a factory or commercial kitchen environment.
• Proven experience following recipes and understanding basic chemical processes.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is a big plus.
• Proficiency in Sage and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• A valid drivers license.
