Who are we: An integrated advertising agency based in Johannesburg.Who we are looking for: Production ManagerWhat will you do:- Manage relationships with suppliers to guarantee seamless project execution.- Strategic sourcing to optimise costs for every project.- Constantly scouting for new suppliers and services to enhance our offerings and maintain our competitive edge.- Crafting accurate cost estimates to ensure transparency and client approval.- Efficiently project managing to ensure on-time delivery within budget constraints.- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.What will you need:Grade 12 (Matric)Relevant Bachelors Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution
- Proven working experience as a Production Manager, in an above-the-line and/or integrated agency environment
- Must be able to work with a range of production budgets xe2x80x93 from small production budgets (under R100k) for digital production, to R1m budgets, to R3m budgets
- Prior agency and/or brand experience, preferably with some FMCG / OTC / alcohol brands, preferably integrated (traditional ATL integrated into digital, in-store, in-store media, and short-term promotional work, activations and events)
- Prior experience working with project management tools such as Chase and Google Docs
- Skilled in working with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and virtual platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet
