Production Manager
Job Description
I am looking for a Production Manager for my client in the northern Suburbs of Cape Town to manage full production and team.
Responsibilities:
Ability to multi task , manage and staff supervision experience.
Ability to motivate staff and discipline when necessary.
Oversee and ensure machinery is maintained and when necessary.
Have a soild understanding of the production process, achievement of targets production effeciencies,use of stats to understand machine ans people effeciencies.
Tertiary qualification.
Experience in a similar role with a proven track record.
Must have flexible work availability.
Must be resilient , invested in the position with a mature approach.
Understand health and safety in a workplace.
