Manage the end to end Operational Planning and Scheduling
Provide input into the Operations Strategy
Accountable for the performance of the synthesis plants
Ensure Production Targets are met
Management of Service Level Agreements
Manage the Operational Budget for the formulation plants
Monitor all KPI's and ensure adherence to the quality and safety standards
Monitor and proactively manage operational efficiencies by streamlining processes, integrate workflow etc
Resource Planning to deliver on production targets
Ensure availability of raw materials/stock
Trouble-shooting to ensure maximum production output
Manage the performance of the supervisors
Training and Coaching

Honours Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
At least 3 years' experience as a Production Manager in a chemical manufacturing environment
At least 3 years' People Management experience
Experience in the implementation of safety standards and systems
Experience in handling of hazardous chemicals
