Production Manager
Job Description
A leader in the South African FMCG industry is seeking a dynamic Production Manager to join their team in the Western Cape!Take the helm in planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and top-notch quality!In this role, youll oversee the entire production process, optimise operations, and ensure adherence to budget and production schedules. Your responsibilities will include setting and maintaining quality control standards, developing and implementing SOPs, and managing inventory and production metrics. As a leader, youll be involved in every aspect of team management from defining job roles and conducting regular reviews to mentoring staff and planning for future resource needs. Youll also maintain the companys commitment to health and safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.Candidates should have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, experience in production within FMCG, and a solid track record of team leadership.
