Liaise Mngt/ Buying/Dispatch Mngt stock sheets/enough stock/order supplies weekly/shut down lines/clean warehouse. Plan/organise prod. schedule/debone/small goods/mngt dept. prod./take decisions/set up lines/flow/yield/QC/costs/stock levels/final products in line with SOP/ client specs/FSSC 22 000/clean end of shift/ warehse safety/Co.& Gov. laws adhered to/analyse prod. & QC to detect problems/ compliance SOP & standards/T & M studies for CI efficiencies. Organise routine maint./repairs/ replacement of prod equip. to ensure smooth production. Mngt human/material resources/meet prod. targets/ensure adequate staff/workers' compensation/ happiness, schedule/mentor/train supervisors on staff motivation/discipline/time/turnover /problem solving/safety/reporting/eval prod. data/CI to meet performance metrix /ops efficiency/staff PPE/housekeeping for H & S.
