• Production Scheduling: Plan and manage production schedules, ensuring alignment with customer demand, inventory levels, and resource availability.
• Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, track material requirements, and collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Data Analysis: Use data to forecast demand, identify production bottlenecks, and optimize workflows to meet production targets.
• ERP Systems Management: Utilize systems to manage production data, track progress, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Procurement, and Production teams to align schedules and resolve any operational challenges.
• Process Improvement: Continuously review production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Troubleshooting: Address any production delays or material shortages and work with relevant teams to find and implement effective solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor production processes to ensure product quality standards are met and work with Quality Control teams to address any issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Diploma or Degree in Production Planning, Industrial

, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. * At least 4-6 years of experience in a production planning role, ideally within a manufacturing/production environment.

• Strong experience in using systems, Excel and other production planning software.
• Proven experience in inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain coordination.
• Experience in driving continuous improvement in production processes.
• Strong understanding of production schedules, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
