Job Description

Overall Responsibility:

Compiles a pragmatic brewing and packaging schedule by breaking down the next 4 weeks S&OP production and scheduling the requirement per shift taking into consideration all constraints whilst optimising efficiencies

Focus Area 1

Breaks down the next week's business requirement into relevant packaging and brewing hourly requirements, Utilising:
a changeover matrix as much as possible to improve production efficiencies and

takes into consideration maintenance schedules and shutdowns additionally when compiling the requirement.

Publishing weekly and daily plans timely.

Focus Area 2

Engages in S&OP weekly and monthly routines, presenting:
the compiled plan as well as giving.

an update on relevant operational KPIs and actions to support improvement.

Focus Area 3

Works cross functionally engaging with multiple teams at the brewery ensuring business requirements are ultimately adhered to. Working closely with the raw materials coordinator to ensure plans are attainable.

Focus Area 4

Develop, maintain, and update the ERP system and relevant planning files to provide visibility and status of all production runs Maintaining master data to ensure accurate plans are generated.

Requirements of the Role Qualification:

A degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is required

Preferred Skills:

Needs to be a strong collaborator/ team player, Enhanced negotiation skills is a benefit, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook , PowerPoint), Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to adhere to deadlines, Fast responsiveness is critical, needs to be able to expedite unforeseen risks effectively with speed.
