Job Description
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR with Laser Cutter experience in the Manufacturing Industry -Roodepoort area, West Rand, GautengPRODUCTION SUPERVISOR with LASER CUTTER experience
- Minimum 3 Years' experience in the Manufacturing Industry
- Provide Leadership & Management to the Production Team
- Monitor Production Quality & Implement corrective actions
- Supervise Employees in the Manufacturing environment
- Manage Human Capital, including Absenteeism/Disciplinary
- Process Incident/Accident Reports
- Ensure that Staff in line with work according to Production9
- Ensure Staff's Quality of work meets Specifications
- Responsible for the Quality & Accuracy of his/her work
- Troubleshoot Problems during Machine Operation
- Perform Random Tests to ensure accuracy
- Safety Checks on Every Machine
- Handle Materials - within the Shop & Outdoors as required
- Clean Criminal record - will be verified
