Job Description
Production SupervisorQualifications:
- Matric
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a galvanizing and steel manufacturing environment managing various teams
- Prepared to work 4x shift system
- Own reliable transportation
- Supervising 25 plant employees
- Oversee running of production for shift
- Weight Bridge control
- Supervising Dispatch & Receiving
- Pre-inspection of goods before galvanizing
- Shift production and dispatch plan
- Updating / monitoring records of shift production
- Monitoring of all work in progress activities
- Ensuring health safety of employees
- Maintaining discipline of employees
- Maintain quality register
- Monthly / weekly stock takes
