- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Computer literate
- Check and monitor mixing production-daily monitoring method, use the fitting schedule to plan the manufacturing stock requirements. Make sure stock requirements are 2 weeks ahead
- Choose the molds as per mold schedule-from manufacturing list pull out the molds needed for that day's manufacturing
- Spray molds with mold oil-oversee, using LF50 spray the molds evenly with mold oil. Do not overspray and remove all excess mold with a sponge, make sure molds are free of old concrete
- Mix all, mix formula
- Vibrating poker-condition
- Cement stock level
