All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth.Dare to make an impact?YOUR ROLEThe Production Team Lead is responsible for executing production in the safest and most efficient manner possible for the manufacturing of products in a quality standard that meets or exceeds our customersxe2x80x99 expectations reporting to the Supervisor.Provides departmental direction and run the shift in the absence of supervisor and optimize the use of equipment, the process and resources.To lead and train the team under the guidance of the supervisor and ensure safe working by the team.The team lead will be the second in command to the production supervisor and assume production supervisors' responsibility when needed.YOUR SKILLSPlanning, Leading, Organizing and control skills.
