Job Description

Great opportunity if you are hungry for growth. You will manage and lead a team, understands Production or Factory operations and your administration is organised and neat.Requirements:
- Matric with Industrial Engineering or Production Management qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of Health and Safety
- Effective and practiced use of Work / Excel and Outlook
- Own transport to your advantage
- Create a daily plan - meetings/targets/delivery dates
- Create and update a monthly plan - production jobs - large overseas and local orders
- Meetings with Production Team - leadership
- Advise on Targets / timing / quality problems / team output
- Resolve all queries, concerns and questions daily
- Staff management
- Follow Line Opening Procedure and quality controls - daily deadlines met
- Ensure team members are aware of and have access to company policies
- Staff training - SOP's, Work Instructions and Protocols related to the Production line
- Health, Safety and Environment training
- Reporting - Job Document packets
- Feedback to Management
