PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGISTTradeOn is a KFC Franchisee with outlets across South Africa. We attribute our success not only to everyones favourite Colonel, but also to our dynamic team. We now seek an equally dynamic individual to join our Development Team.Responsibilities:
- Prepare concept design to final set of construction drawings to the specifications and requirements of the company. This includes accurate measurement and scoping of existing building for final as-built drawings.
- Ensure drawings are compliant with National Building Regulations SANS and other statutory construction requirements in respect of retail premises.
- Manage and submit constructions & signage drawing for council approval nationally, liaising with stake holders in the approval process, and obtaining occupation certificates as result.
- Manage Project Administration.
- Tertiary qualification as Professional Architectural Technologist and SACAP registered.
- 5- years' experience as a Professional Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in Revit LT
- Highly organised, deadline driven and accurate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel for projects.
