• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to align project objectives and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain safety standards.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, motivating team members to achieve excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
• Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.
