Commercial and Industrial use greenfield, refurbishment & Construction project HVAC
Professional Mechanical Engineer for a new small to medium multi-disciplinary professional proactive in-house to a large property portfolio
All work stage roles and responsibilities associated with a PR Eng from inception to completion & handover
Multi-discipline Revit & project AEC systems development alongside BIM manager
Planning and management of in-house contract documentation
HVAC system rational, design, coordination & certification
