Professional Nurse (Community Nursing and Palliative Care)

community
health services, Providehome-based nursing care
for chronically ill patients and those in need ofpalliative care
;Requirements
Applicable/Current SANC Registration Formally trained in Community Nursing
OR 3
years' experience as a Community Nurseand/or
Formally trained in Palliative CareOR 3
years' experience as a Palliative care nurse Valid Code B drivers' license (PDP advantageous)Responsibilities
Conduct health and wellness programmes according to DoH requirements. Assist and supervise Community Health Workers and Councillors. Provide home-based nursing care for chronically ill ptients Provide home-based palliative care Full requirements and position profile available on request*
