You will be responsible for Implementing reviews and evaluation processes
BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION

Contract Management:

  • Drafting of documents such as Promotional Material, Roadmaps, Frameworks, Business Plans, Standard Operating Procedures and Review Reports.
  • End-to-end grant administration activities for programme implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Leading the end-to-end workflow processes and quality assurance for project implementation.
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with national, regional and global stakeholders that can advance the work of the organisation as collaborators, funders, advisors and reviewers.
  • Planning and organising stakeholder engagement meetings, workshops, conferences, institutional visits, scientific events and launches.
  • Financial administration, reporting and monitoring.
  • Contract administration.
  • Establishing, updating and maintaining databases.
  • Document management.
  • Undertaking qualitative and quantitative data gathering and analytics.,

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • An Honours degree or equivalent qualification (NQF 8).
  • A masters degree (NQF 9) with proven research experience will be an added advantage and is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years post-honors work experience in a research and development environment.
  • Experience of administrating research and/or innovation support activities.
  • Knowledge of the South African Higher Education System.
  • Knowledge of the National System of Innovation.
  • Knowledge of frameworks and best practices for monitoring and evaluation of research.
